The benefits of viewing art

We are living in unprecedented times and we are having to adapt to a new way of living, for the time being. The image at the top of the pages sums up the benefits of art well.

My way of relaxing has been through art and this will be even more important to me as we move through this crisis.

My plan is to find something arty for each day and I’ll update this page with any little gems I come across.

I had tickets for next week to see the Spilliaert exhibition at the Royal Academy. The wonderful people there have done a virtual tour of the exhibition. Hope the other galleries follow suit as it is a fantastic idea!!
